Aston Martin Unveils Dreadnought: A Military-Inspired SUV
Aston Martin presents the Dreadnought, a military-spec SUV that stands out from the brand's usual offerings. This vehicle features all-wheel drive, armor, and a V12 engine.

Aston Martin has introduced the Dreadnought, a military-spec vehicle that diverges sharply from the brand's traditional offerings. This new model is a military-style SUV equipped with all-wheel drive, armor plating, and a V12 engine.

A Unique Military-Inspired SUV
The Dreadnought marks Aston Martin's first foray into military vehicles. This project, however, is not just a standard automotive release; it has been developed in tandem with the gaming world.
The automaker describes the Dreadnought as an all-terrain SUV designed for combat environments. It features military-grade armor, reserve fuel tanks, dedicated weapon storage, and integrated digital command interfaces. The vehicle boasts the signature Aston Martin V12 engine, delivering an iconic sound, along with distinctive design elements, such as carbon fiber finishes, Oxford Tan leather details, and a striking Chiltern Green paint job.
The front end of the Dreadnought draws inspiration from the Aston Martin V8, while the rear echoes the design of the Aston Martin Valour.

Designed Without Real-World Constraints
The Dreadnought was conceptualized by Aston Martin's design team, who crafted the vehicle without the limitations typically associated with physical production. This approach is reminiscent of the brand's "Vision" vehicles featured in Gran Turismo.
According to Aston Martin, the project aims to blend high-performance SUV characteristics with a virtual environment, focusing on both vehicle behavior and aesthetics.
The name Dreadnought references the English term meaning "fearless" and also nods to the British battleship HMS Dreadnought, which played a significant role in early 20th-century naval history.

Exclusively for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4
It is important to note that the Dreadnought is not intended for real-world use; it is a purely digital vehicle created for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 in collaboration with Infinity Ward and Activision.
Upon its release, players will be able to use the Dreadnought in the DMZ and Call of Duty: Warzone modes. Additionally, Aston Martin plans to showcase a full-scale model of this virtual SUV at the Fanatics Fest in New York, located at the Call of Duty booth. There’s speculation that a wealthy enthusiast might even commission a functional version for their personal collection.
The game Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is set to launch on October 23, 2026, across multiple platforms, including Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PC (Battle.net, Xbox on PC, and Steam), and Nintendo Switch 2.
