With the Porsche Cayenne Coupé Electric, Porsche continues the transformation of its flagship SUV by offering a more expressive and dynamic silhouette. This variant complements the manufacturer's electric lineup, which already includes the Porsche Taycan and the Porsche Macan Electric, and confirms Zuffenhausen's ambition in the zero-emission segment.

A Sportier Profile for the Electric Cayenne

This new electric Cayenne Coupé retains the foundations of the classic SUV while adding a more emotional dimension. The roofline significantly lowers towards the rear, enhancing the impression of dynamism and visually bringing the model closer to the legendary Porsche 911.

The proportions remain imposing at nearly five meters long, but the height is reduced by a few centimeters, accentuating its elongated appearance. Aerodynamic work is also optimized, allowing the drag coefficient to drop to 0.23, a particularly refined figure for an SUV of this size.

At the rear, an active spoiler integrated under the rear window contributes to airflow management while reinforcing the model's sporty identity.

A Spacious Interior Despite the Sloping Roofline

Inside, this electric Cayenne Coupé manages to maintain a good level of versatility. Access to the rear seats is slightly less convenient than in the classic SUV, but the overall space remains very acceptable.

The rear bench, sculpted to preserve headroom, can comfortably accommodate adults without major difficulty, while the generous wheelbase ensures ample legroom.

Porsche offers a modular configuration, with a choice between two or three rear seats depending on needs. The trunk boasts a volume of 534 liters, expandable to 1,347 liters once the bench is folded down. A front compartment of 90 liters completes the setup for smaller luggage.

Three Power Levels

Under the floor, this electric Cayenne Coupé showcases very high ambitions. Three versions are offered at launch. The first develops 442 horsepower in overboost mode and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds.

The S version increases to 666 horsepower and drops below 4 seconds for this exercise, with a time of 3.8 seconds announced. Finally, the Turbo variant reaches a spectacular level with 1,156 horsepower and a 0 to 100 km/h time of just 2.5 seconds.

Performance that clearly places this SUV in another category, halfway between luxury and supercar.

Generous Battery and Ultra-Fast Charging

All versions rely on a 113 kWh battery paired with an 800-volt architecture, allowing for very high charging powers. Under optimal conditions, charging from 10 to 80% takes about 16 minutes, with a peak at 400 kW.

Regarding range, Porsche claims up to 669 km according to the WLTP cycle, which is a slight improvement over the classic electric Cayenne, notably due to optimized aerodynamics.

A Premium Positioning

The entry price for the Porsche Cayenne Coupé Electric starts at €111,600, while the more powerful versions exceed €170,000.

With this coupé variant, Porsche refines its electric strategy by combining more emotional design, extreme performance, and preserved versatility. A balance designed to attract a clientele accustomed to high-end offerings but now turning towards electric options.
